Body Armor Acknowledgement

Tactical Defense, Inc. only sells Body Armor to Law Enforcement Officers and First Responders and we do not to sell body armor to the general public. It is the customers responsibility to provide the proper fit and level of protection requested. As such, you acknowledge that you have received and understand all fitting instructions and guidelines relating to body armor products.

Non-law enforcement sales policy: A letter from a law enforcement officer (which is to include badge number) written on agency letterhead must be submitted for each body armor sale to anyone not employed by a law enforcement agency. The letter must indicate that the purchaser is of good character and describe the intended use of the product. It is to remain on file at our store location. Buyer affirms in purchase, accepting this acknowledgement and purchasing Body Armor from us, Buyer Signifies and has read and understand the documentation contained herein.

Buyer Agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Tactical Defense Inc., its shareholders, directors, officers, employees, and agents, from and against any losses resulting from or in connection with any direct or third party claims of, any and all types of litigation, personal injury, psychological damage or duress, real estate or property damage, resulting in the sale/use of this product/products. Buyer agrees to hold harmless Tactical Defense Inc., its shareholders, directors, officers, employees, and agents, any and all foreseen or unforeseen liability related to the resale or use of this product.

Buyer Agrees further signify and affirm that have read and understand all applicable Federal/State/Municipal Laws, Regulations, and Ordinances governing the purchase and use of this/these product/products and signify and affirm, my resale of this/these product/products is in compliance/ accordance with all applicable Federal/State/Municipal Laws, Regulations, and Ordinances governing the purchase and use of this/these product/products.
